We offer a wide range of IT Support options, which can be tailored to our clients' requirements. Whether you have a single laptop computer, or an office full of networked computers & servers, we can offer a package to suit your requirements.

We can provide support for all your computers in one of three ways:

  • Telephone Support - 01323 309 999 - Our dedicated support line is manned by a qualified engineer from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. If they can't help fix your problem over the telephone, we will offer either Remote Support or On-site Support, depending on the nature of the problem.

  • Remote Support - Using the latest Remote Control software from BeamYourScreen, we can connect to one of your servers or other computers remotely & use it as if we were in your office. This allows us to fix many problems without having to leave our office, saving us time & you money - which is good for everyone!   • On-site Support - If we are unable to resolve a problem remotely, or if the facility for remote control is not available for some reason, then we can send an engineer to visit your site to investigate and fix the problem.

Pay-As-You-Go Support
Many of our clients are happy to simply pay for our support as they need it. For remote support, you will only be billed for the time we spend helping you, rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes. If we need to visit your premises & provide on-site support, it is just the same, but with a minimum of one hour.
  
Software Support Contract
Computer software is very complicated, even the software we take for granted and use every day, especially when you consider the wide variety of computer hardware it has to run on. So it is no surprise that most computer problems are software related. With this in mind, we offer a Software Support Contract that covers the multitude of software problems you may encounter. Again, terms can vary to suit your requirements, but our standard contract covers an unlimited number of calls per month, to investigate & fix any software related problem during our normal office hours of 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Options include 4 or 8 hour response, out-of-hours cover etc.
  
Hardware Support Contract
If you would like to know that your PC or Server hardware failing would be our problem rather than yours, then a Hardware Support Contract is the answer. We can examine the hardware thoroughly & provide you with a quotation. Terms can vary to suit your requirements, but our standard contract covers unlimited hardware failures, both parts & labour, during our normal office hours of 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Options include 4 or 8 hour response, out-of-hours cover etc.
