We offer a wide range of IT Support options, which can be tailored to our clients’ requirements. Whether you have a single laptop computer, or an office full of networked computers & servers, we can offer a package to suit your requirements.
We can provide support for all your computers in one of three ways:
- Telephone Support – 07739 731 427 – Our dedicated support line is manned by a qualified engineer from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. If they can’t help fix your problem over the telephone, we will offer either Remote Support or On-site Support, depending on the nature of the problem.
- Remote Support – Using the latest Remote Control software from CrossLoop, we can connect to one of your servers or other computers remotely & use it as if we were in your office. This allows us to fix many problems without having to leave our office, saving us time & you money – which is good for everyone! - On-site Support – If we are unable to resolve a problem remotely, or if the facility for remote control is not available for some reason, then we can send an engineer to visit your site to investigate and fix the problem.
